By Gerald Zezas, MBA
Stop throwing your money away on useless advertising when you can't really measure how well it's working. Stop wondering how your customers found you. Start knowing exactly when and where to target your company marketing, and how to know it its working.
Like any successful endeavor, Small Business Success depends on knowing a few very critical secrets about marketing, finance and customer service. None of these things are terribly complicated, but those who spend the time to learn them rarely want to disclose this hard-won information to their competitors.
This short book will help small business owners get up-to-date on the latest business models, business marketing, merchandising, branding and adverting techniques (no, they are not all the same things). It will guide you through the labyrinth of business intelligence, business management, business analysis and business writing methods.
It will help train the small business person in advanced cash flow, accounting, leadership, and employee management.
Are you tired of paying $000s per year to a payroll company? Did you know that you can bring payroll in-house, get all taxes paid and forms filed for up to 100 employees in only 2 hours weekly?
Do you understand the qualities of Leadership, and how to teach those qualities to your employees? Do you know the specific signs to look for to know if your business is on the verge of failure?

About Gerald Zezas, MBA
Born in the Bronx, NY in 1955 to a small business owner. I was raised in a middle-class family where my 2 brothers and I were expected to take on the family business. I saw the struggles my father fought while business fluctuated, sometimes having to borrow money to make payroll.
I started out as an auto mechanic and usually surprised my co-workers when they saw me reading Harvard Business Review during lunch. I was a manager by the time I was 24 and ran a 100 man shop at one time. Having become bored with auto repairs, I went into sales, then finance, and finally was the manager of numerous dealerships.
I subsequently moved to Florida after my website translation and management company took off. Subsequently I bought, reconditioned and sold waterfront properties, bought a construction business and then built, from the ground up, an extremely successful landscaping business.
I went to college for the first time when was 53 and completed a BA in Management as well as an MBA in 4 years, graduating Summa Cum Laude for both degrees. I am currently enrolled in a PhD program with concentrations in Management, Finance and Marketing. I do small business consulting for local companies, (mostly for free for the local Chamber of Commerce) and hope to start teaching entrepreneurship at the university level soon. I'm a member of American Mensa.
I have 3 children, two of whom are grown, one of whom is a teenager still living at home. I have a wonderful wife as well as 4 grandchildren.
