Tony was created in 1978 when his father inseminated his mother in an undisclosed location in Canada. He then published his first book, "A Thousand Tiny Failures - Memoirs of a Pickup Artist," and then a short self-help book, "I Hope it's Sunny Out - A Guide For Meeting Girls in the Day Time."
