The Natural Laws of Selling, by Daniel Jacobs

The Natural Laws of Selling, by Daniel Jacobs
In two thousand and two, I undertook an investigation to determine the fundamental principles and basic principles underlying all selling.

A thorough research culminated, in two thousand and thirteen, in the heuristically discovered (trial and error) Natural Laws Of Selling, and the self-evident, irrevocable basic principles that provide the bedrock and driving energy behind all sales techniques and methods.

It turned out that this was hiding in plain sight all the time, but only revealed after sweeping away the false assumptions and wrong conclusions clouding my view.

Here is what I discovered: methods of selling only failed only when they did not align with the natural laws of selling.

What is a natural law? It refers to something that is verified or disproved by direct observation based on empirical fact rather than reason or logic.

A natural law does not require your agreement, only your willingness to look and see for yourself. Further explanation, clarification, or interpretation is unnecessary, as the law stands on its own.

Of course, there are innumerable ways of applying any one of these natural laws. And when these ways produce good results, it is always because they align with some basic principle of selling.

The true value of this writing, however, comes from the focus on the importance of principles over methods, as simply recognizing that these natural laws of selling actually exist can lessen the complexity and mystery about the subject.

Any article, selected at random, contains enough invaluable (usable) information to boost your sales, today!

Building your selling methods on the basic, unchanging laws of selling will give you the confidence and certainty only dreamed of, and results you always hoped for.

Free Facebook Advertising I Will Show You How To Get Your Ads Up For FREE

By: Karen Stillings

Free Facebook Advertising. I have perfected a way to have your ads all over Facebook and it won't cost you a dime. This has taken me a long time to figure out, and is totally legit. A system like you've never seen before, a solid way to enhance your product all over FB. It becomes VIRAL, we mastered this actually by mistake and we have done this with out own websites and affiliate websites. This works 100% of the time, you will be amazed on how easy this is. Facebook marketing has taken a few turns over the years, I have to admit I was not eager to market this but friends of ours that tried this method were convinced after we let them try it for themselves. Marketing was my major years ago so I always knew how to engage people and bring them in. I hope you put this information to good use and have fun with it. Good Luck

Stop throwing your money away on useless advertising when you can't really measure how well it's working. Stop wondering how your customers found you. Start knowing exactly when and where to target your company marketing, and how to know it its working.

Like any successful endeavor, Small Business Success depends on knowing a few very critical secrets about marketing, finance and customer service. None of these things are terribly complicated, but those who spend the time to learn them rarely want to disclose this hard-won information to their competitors.

This short book will help small business owners get up-to-date on the latest business models, business marketing, merchandising, branding and adverting techniques (no, they are not all the same things). It will guide you through the labyrinth of business intelligence, business management, business analysis and business writing methods.

It will help train the small business person in advanced cash flow, accounting, leadership, and employee management.

Are you tired of paying $000s per year to a payroll company? Did you know that you can bring payroll in-house, get all taxes paid and forms filed for up to 100 employees in only 2 hours weekly?

Do you understand the qualities of Leadership, and how to teach those qualities to your employees? Do you know the specific signs to look for to know if your business is on the verge of failure?

This book won't make you an MBA, but it's the closest you will come to a succinct, condensed and easy-to-read small business management course, and it is tailored to small business people like yourself.

I have spent 35 years in business management, and I have extensive finance and marketing experience, with a BA in Management and an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Marketing.

I have had enormous success with my businesses, along with one sizable failure. You'll learn about both..

I am a PhD candidate, with concentrations in Finance and Marketing. My knowledge and education are current and real-word. I have spent my life in companies with fewer than 100 employees. Small business is what I know and love, and I'd like to share what I know with you

About Gerald Zezas, MBA
Born in the Bronx, NY in 1955 to a small business owner. I was raised in a middle-class family where my 2 brothers and I were expected to take on the family business. I saw the struggles my father fought while business fluctuated, sometimes having to borrow money to make payroll.

I started out as an auto mechanic and usually surprised my co-workers when they saw me reading Harvard Business Review during lunch. I was a manager by the time I was 24 and ran a 100 man shop at one time. Having become bored with auto repairs, I went into sales, then finance, and finally was the manager of numerous dealerships.

I subsequently moved to Florida after my website translation and management company took off. Subsequently I bought, reconditioned and sold waterfront properties, bought a construction business and then built, from the ground up, an extremely successful landscaping business.

I went to college for the first time when was 53 and completed a BA in Management as well as an MBA in 4 years, graduating Summa Cum Laude for both degrees. I am currently enrolled in a PhD program with concentrations in Management, Finance and Marketing. I do small business consulting for local companies, (mostly for free for the local Chamber of Commerce) and hope to start teaching entrepreneurship at the university level soon. I'm a member of American Mensa.

I have 3 children, two of whom are grown, one of whom is a teenager still living at home. I have a wonderful wife as well as 4 grandchildren.

Author Interview with Doctor Donna Ligda: "Sales Success Now: In-depth Sales Techniques"

A Conversation with Doctor Donna Ligda, Author of
"Sales Success Now: In-depth Sales Techniques"

Featured Author Doctor Donna Ligda
"Sales Success Now: In-depth Sales Techniques"

Why did you write “Sales Success Now”?
There is no such thing as a “slam dunk” in the world of sales. After having spent over 15 years achieving exceptional outcomes for three top sales organizations I wanted to find out out how other highly successful sales leaders achieved their own success. In addition, I wanted to give back for my good success while validating my own beliefs and techniques about selling.

From a pool of 75 great and successful sales leaders I conducted in-depth interviews and selected 15 international and nationally known authors across a wide range of disciplines and in “Sales Success Now” I share their experience with you.

Profits generated from the sale of this book are being generously shared with Doctors Without Borders, a 501C3 worldwide organization whose mission it is to deliver healthcare anywhere in the world based on need.

How did you get the idea to write a book comprised of interviews of the sales masters?
Over my sales career I developed some strong ideas about what sells and what doesn't. I realized that just a small percentage of sales people were truly top sales producers. I found many parallels to management in general. Only a few rise to the top, the middle contains a large distribution and a few are never successful. So the need to validate my own ideas and beliefs by other highly successful sales people was my underlying motivation. And validate they did in spades!

Did you experience writer's block and how did you overcome those blocks?
My greatest problems were not writer's block but rather three other equally difficult barriers. First, I had too much information to work with! I never realized how much 75 sales experts liked to talk! Wow. Recording, editing, writing, following up along with all the other steps in publishing took much more time than I had planned on to devoting to this stage of the project.

Second, it took some trail and error to locate the technical talent I needed to pull this scope of project off. My advice would be to hire the best talent you can afford to begin with. Those extra dollars paid up front is more cost effective in the total scope of the project. Third, the reimbursement for book publishing has been turned upside down by recent market forces making it very difficult for new authors to gain traction from book sales alone. We truly have entered into using a diverse approach. This requires time and talent to lead the charge.

What advice would you give to aspiring writers?
I tell folks who want to write to go ahead with realism, a good marketing strategy, a validated process and whatever you do, don't quit your day job unless you have lots of cash reserves!

What sales superstars provided secrets to selling that you may not have considered before?
I think that there were a couple of outstanding “secrets” that I gleaned from my superstars. First, I am very pleased to report that everyone of my panel shared their passion about what they were doing and what they hoped to achieve. Each believed in themselves and the goals they set for themselves to achieve were strongly held. They had a clear vision for what they wanted to achieve: And what steps would get them there.

Second, all panel members were more than willing to give of themselves for the greater good of humanity as evidenced by their commitment to Doctors Without Borders. True success is achieved through team work.

Last but not least, I felt a genuine commitment to making this project a success which I am both humbled by and grateful for.
